Nothing from a bag. Our pancake batter, corned beef hash, and hand-squeezed orange juice are made in-house every morning.

72% of our ingredients come from within 50 miles.
We source our eggs and produce from Red Hook farms, our bread from Brooklyn bakeries on Court and Smith, and our coffee from a roaster four blocks down. When your breakfast is on the table, the farm that grew it is usually a short drive away.
